Allison is a Rhode Island native singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who is turning heads in her local music scene with heartfelt lyrics, her pure voice, and a solid serving of humor and sass.

A classically-trained pianist and vocalist, Allison grew up on piano lessons and choir rehearsals, eventually choosing music as her college minor.

Lately she's been popping up at open mics and venues such as Providence RI's Brooklyn Coffee and Tea House, Pomfret CT's Vanilla Bean Cafe, and Tiverton RI's Sandywood's Center for The Arts. She was chosen as one of four finalists in the Rhode Island Songwriter Association's 2015 Performing Songwriter Competition, and is in the process of recording her debut CD, “Hope,” scheduled for release in early 2016.

Bio

Allison gives back to her community as a volunteer and board member of a RI-based nonprofit organization, RISING, which serves young adult and beginning songwriters and musicians by providng music educaton, mentorship, and performance opportunities. She also teaches piano lessons at Second Stage Studio in Cumberland, RI.

Allison is a wife, mommy to two beautiful children, and by day has a fulfilling career as a mental health counselor.
